3 Quick and Easy Ways to Overcome Stress
Too much thinking about what is making you stressed and trying to figure out why you should not feel that way is the slowest route to relief?
Why? Because stress is a physical reaction in the body that can be found in the intrinsic in deeper muscles in your body. Why not go straight to stress's storage room and remove what's inside? Will it work? My answer to that is try it. That is what you were put on this earth for. To learn by doing.
Sorry to be so blunt, but we are used to too much logic instead of just getting our feet wet and seeing what happens.
Here they are, 3 easy ways to overcome stress fast.
- Just bring you stress into your awareness without questioning why you have it and pull your stomach inwards and upwards as hard as you can while counting to 10. Count out loud so that you don't hold your breath while you do this. With every count pull your stomach in deeper and deeper until you can't any more. You should find the meeting ground to where your stress is stored and feel a release. Repeat this 3 times or until the stress is gone.
- Follow the same instructions as above, but this time jump up and down while you do this.
- Follow the same instructions as # 1, but this time in addition, move the energy in front of your body with both of you hands as if you are wanting to push energy down into the grown.
Rinse and repeat as necessary, remember never to hold your breath while you do this.
