The top 3 attitudes to develop are as follows.
1. Have fun as much as possible. Learn from the wisdom of kids. Look for ways to have fun, experience fun activities. Create the attitude that you must always have a “slice” of your time set out to have fun.
2. Smile at everything. Practice smiling form the inside out every day for 5 minutes. Instead of trying to force yourself to smile imagine you are smiling from your heart and see how it automatically makes you smile naturally.
3. Have a laughing attitude. How often do you laugh? Look up laughing yoga if you don’t laugh often in your life. Laughing is the # 1 way to release stress for long periods of time. The reason is because laughing releases hormone that counter the stress hormones in the body. If you have gone all day without laughing learn some simple ways to laugh for no reason. Again, look up Laughing Yoga, they teach it free throughout the country and online.
We often over emphasis having meditative and quite time for ourselves and forget the immense wisdom in having fun, smiling and laughing. These attitudes towards life are just as importance if not more than living in the now, meditating, and developing conscious awareness. They are not as difficult to develop as you may think, simply practice having fun, smiling and laughing on the inside first it take a lot less effort if you have stopped doing these things. Very quickly, this practice will begin to show up on the outside as well.

How Do You Determine Your Life Purpose?
We all have one life purpose in common. That is to achieve self-mastery and be who we really are. The best way to in my opinion of learning what your life purpose is to develop yourself first, then you will be free to pursue exactly what you want without doubting yourself for a second.
But if you insist otherwise I understand. But, let me still try an convince you. Whatever you are passionate about. Think this. If you develop yourself and gain a significant level of self mastery, how much better would you be able to do what you are passion about. So one reason to commit to personal mastery is to be better able to succeed at what you love to do.
