Too much thinking about what is making you stressed and trying to figure out why you should not feel that way is the slowest route to relief?

  1. Just bring you stress into your awareness without questioning why you have it and pull your stomach inwards and upwards as hard as you can while counting to 10. Count out loud so that you don't hold your breath while you do this. With every count pull your stomach in deeper and deeper until you can't any more. You should find the meeting ground to where your stress is stored and feel a release. Repeat this 3 times or until the stress is gone.
  2. Follow the same instructions as above, but this time jump up and down while you do this.
  3. Follow the same instructions as # 1, but this time in addition, move the energy in front of your body with both of you hands as if you are wanting to push energy down into the grown.

Rinse and repeat as necessary, remember never to hold your breath while you do this.

3 Ways to Beat Procrastination

The first thing you must do is think about what emotion is holding you back and making you procrastinate. Once you make a emotional connection by being aware of what is holding you back you will be ready perform a release.

Awareness is always the first step. Just knowing what you don't want and also knowing what you do want will begin the "beating" process.

Here are 3 awesome ways to overcome procrastination fast.

# 1 Think about what you want. For example, I want to "take action now" and at the same time pull your stomach inwards and upwards as hard as you can while counting to 10. Count out loud so that you don't hold your breath while you do this. With every count pull your stomach in deeper and deeper until you can't any more. I call this the visceral connection technique.

# 2 repeat as above and add the follow step. Jump up and down while you repeat step 1. This will activate even more feel good hormones in your body and give you the impulse to act.

# 3 Again repeat # 1, and yell out loud you affirmation while jumping up and down and pulling in your stomach and diaphragm.

The idea here is to make a connection with the deeper visceral and primordial emotional roots held in the body. Doing this has shown to provide unusual fast releases, although it can be uncomfortable at times and emotionally challenging because you do connect with strong emotions. But it is worth it.

How Do You Determine Your Life Purpose?

We all have one life purpose in common. That is to achieve self-mastery and be who we really are. The best way to in my opinion of learning what your life purpose is to develop yourself first, then you will be free to pursue exactly what you want without doubting yourself for a second.

But if you insist otherwise I understand. But, let me still try an convince you. Whatever you are passionate about. Think this. If you develop yourself and gain a significant level of self mastery, how much better would you be able to do what you are passion about. So one reason to commit to personal mastery is to be better able to succeed at what you love to do.
